Luggage Insurance - Including Lost Interrail Pass:

The insurance covers you in case you lose your luggage on up to the first month of your travel. As your Interrail Pass is a physical ticket, the insurance also entitles you to get a refund for the replacement Pass in case you lose it on your journey.

The maximum amount is the equivalent of the remaining value of your lost/stolen pass and up to a maximum of 800 EUR.

It is not possible for KILROY to re-issue a new Interrail Pass or a replacement Pass. You need to purchase a new Interrail Pass and get it refunded afterwards by contacting KILROY. As documentation a police report is required as well as a copy of the new pass bought at the local train station.
